Nawras Abzakh looks like the right side based on skillset and matchup. He should be favoured here. Abzakh is the more well-rounded and experienced fighter, with a clear edge in both striking power and top control.

On the feet, he carries noticeably more power in his hands and throws with real intent, while Yazbeck looks uncomfortable in close range and tends to retreat under pressure. That could be a key factor early if Abzakh is able to back him up and make him fight off the back foot.

The grappling dynamic also favors Abzakh. Yazbeck tends to accept bottom position and play off his back, which opens the door for Abzakh to land takedowns, establish top position, and do damage with ground-and-pound. His top control is solid, and if he lands early takedowns, there’s a good chance he wins rounds by banking control time and scoring with strikes.

The one concern with Abzakh is his chin, which has shown vulnerability in past fights. However, that’s unlikely to be exposed here—Yazbeck’s clearest KO threat is a head kick, but outside of that, he doesn’t carry much finishing power or pose consistent striking danger.

All things considered, Abzakh has the superior tools in most areas and should win the majority of minutes, particularly if he leans on his wrestling. Reasonable value at slight underdog or pick'em prices.
