The Vikings look to continue their push for winning the division, as a win tonight will put them level with Detroit’s 12-2 record. For the Bears, their season is over - although any divisional battle will bring with it a lot of motivation. In the first matchup of these two sides, the Vikings won a narrow game in overtime, despite having a 24-10 lead heading into the 4th Quarter. That ending was very uncharacteristic of this Vikings defense, as they allowed Caleb Williams and the Bears offense to get whatever they wanted. In fact, that was one of Caleb’s best passing games of the season, and we can expect the Vikings defensive coordinator - Brian Flores - to adjust accordingly at home.

With a struggling and injured offensive line, the Bears are in for a tough battle. We expect the Vikings to throw plenty of disguised coverages and play a much more aggressive defensive scheme than the first time around. On the other side, there should be no issues for this elite offense to put up points and win by margin, QB Darnold has been playing lights out and has a healthy set of weapons to take advantage of a struggling Bears secondary. We see value here up to -7.5 and recommend taking any offers at 6.5 or 7 given the significance of this range in the context of NFL scoring.
