Granada looks like a strong selection on the Draw No Bet (DNB) line as they visit an Eldense side that has struggled both at home and overall this season. This price seems inflated due to the fact Granada recently lost Myrto Uzuni to MLS, who had 14 goals in 15 starts, making him the second top scorer in LaLiga 2. His absence initially stalled their attack, as they failed to score against Burgos and netted just once in a loss to Levante. However, they found their attacking rhythm again last time out, defeating Gijon 3-1 at home. The return of Lucas Boyé has been crucial—after missing 8 games with a hamstring injury, he has now scored in his last two starts and had already netted against Eldense in the reverse fixture, a 3-2 win for Granada. Granada’s attack is further boosted by the arrival of Stoichkov, who joined last week and made his debut off the bench last game. With 76 goals and 17 assists in LaLiga 2, he brings much-needed goal-scoring experience and should help fill the void left by Uzuni.

Granada have been solid away from home this season, with 4 wins, 3 draws, and 4 losses. Importantly, all of their defeats have come against top-half teams, with three of those losses against top six sides. Their only loss away to a side outside of the top 6 came against 9th-placed Zaragoza, a match where they had to field a makeshift squad due to several injuries and that game falling in the middle of a six day period where they had 6 games. Despite their 17 goals conceded away, they actually rank 3rd in xGA away from home (1.28), suggesting their defensive performances have been better than the raw numbers indicate, and the majority of these goals were conceded versus top oppisition so we should see an improvement in their defence versus a less potent attack. Another factor suggesting Granada’s away form could improve is that 7 of their 11 away games have been played north of Madrid, meaning long-distance travel (700km+). Their four closest away games have all been against top-half teams, so this matchup against a struggling Eldense side presents a much better opportunity for a result that they will not travel as far for.

Eldense have had a poor season overall, with 6 wins, 6 draws, and 12 losses from 24 games. At home, they have been particularly weak, winning just 4 of 12 home matches (4-3-5) and conceding the second-most home goals in the league (18 in 12 games). Before their 2-0 win over relegation rivals Tenerife last game, they had gone nine league matches without a win, with their previous league victory dating back to November. One of their few bright spots has been Iván Chapela, who has scored in several key games, scoring in each of their last two competitive wins prior to the win over Tenerife, and in the reverse fixture against Granada, however unfortunately for Eldense, Chapela remains injured and won't be available for this game. Eldense remain winless in their last four home league games (2 losses, 2 draws), and their defensive vulnerabilities make them highly susceptible against a resurgent Granada attack.

With Granada at full strength, Boyé and Stoichkov reinforcing their attacking options, Eldense’s struggles at home, Granada will look to get back on the promotion charge here and backing Granada Draw No Bet seems a strong price up at 1.98.
